Mexico Trip

My survey trip to Mexico October 14-22, went very well. I got to preach at the Sunday morning service in Allende, NL, at Iglesia Bautista Tabernaculo, which is the first church planted during the time we helped Bro. J.W. Steele. I was blessed to be able to see all the Christians there growing in the Lord, and seeing the growth of the church. I also enjoyed celebrating the 40 years Anniversary of the church of Pastor Roberto Arelleno in Monterrey. What a great work he is doing. I admire the diligence of the National Pastors as they serve the Lord with all their strength in spite of the economic crises in the land.
I got to see some areas of ministry and places where our family could possibly live between Allende and Montemorelos. I also saw the sad spiritual condition of the average people everywhere worshiping the Virgin Mary and other Catholic idols. The urgency to share the gospel is so apparent today, I pray to be able to soon return as a family and move to the mission field with God’s timing and provision.
I am so thankful for the good health and all the Christians friends God put in my path to make this trip so blessed. Thankful for the opportunity to make contact with many of the families we discipled while in Mexico and see them serving the Lord. Praise God for the souls saved and lives changed, how privileged our family feels to be able to serve our Lord Jesus.
